Having founded my own company, Versor Consulting, my philosophy is based on the development of people and teams through Coaching and Training, I have spent almost 20 years working for various multinational companies, in a variety of different capacities and the experience that I have been afforded has allowed me to enhance the skills of others.

It was a natural transition to branch out and offer a specialised service which has proven results to enhance the effectiveness of a company by identifying keys areas which can benefit from communication structures.
